NoInstall Tools provides free, browser-based tools for working with files, images, video and text — no account or payment required. You agree to use them lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.

Our tools are offered for convenience and are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee a tool will be error-free or produce a result fit for your particular purpose — keep your own backup of anything important before and after processing it.

The site's design, code and content belong to us or our licensors. You're free to use a tool's output for your own purposes, but you may not copy or redistribute the site itself without permission. You keep all rights to the files you process — we never receive a copy of them.

The site is free to use in part because it shows ads, served through partners such as Google AdSense and Yandex Reklama, subject to your cookie choices — see our Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for the content of individual ads or the sites they link to, nor for other third-party sites we may link to for convenience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoInstall Tools and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any results it produces.

We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time as the site grows.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any change will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date, and a meaningful change will also get a visible notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site afterward means you accept the update.

These Terms are governed by the laws generally applicable to online services, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country give you rights that can't be waived — those continue to apply.
